We do not guarantee flags beyond 28 days.
ReturnsPlease notify us of faulty goods as soon as you can.
We abide by distance selling regulations and will accept return goods 28 days from sale.
For non faulty goods purchased in error we will accept returns within 7 days from the day you received the item, but will ask you to pay for postage.
Please ensure that you have given us your correct address. We will not refund or replace articles which have been addressed wrongly (we send to the exact address you give us).It is very rare that an article does not arrive, but in that case we are obliged by the post office to wait 15 working days after posting to start an investigation. The Post office will send you a statement to say that you have not recieved the package, once that is signed we will sort out replacement or refund.
